Why Choose Us
We are a locally owned landscaping company. We are licensed and insured. We care for homes, offices, retail centers, HOAs, and municipal properties. Our equipment is commercial grade. The blades are sharpened daily. Clippings go back onto the lawn instead of the mulch beds. Every estimate is free.

In the Area
The city’s yard waste collection takes grass, leaves, and trimmings in brown paper lawn bags, or in marked containers of 44 gallons or less that weigh under 35 pounds full. Plastic bags have not been allowed since July 5, 2022. Bagged leaves are collected year-round, and a Second Chance leaf collection costs $75. Use paper bags or a marked container, never plastic bags, for any cleanup debris you leave for the city.

Questions
Limb piles over 6 cubic yards carry a user fee before collection, and limbs longer than 6 feet or thicker than 12 inches are not collected.
Under Level 2 restrictions, which began May 15, 2026, lawns, gardens, and ornamental plants may be watered only from Tuesday 8 p.m. to Wednesday 8 a.m. and from Saturday 8 p.m. to Sunday 8 a.m. Hand-held containers, soaker hoses, and hand-held hoses are allowed. Fines on the water bill are $100 for a first residential offense and $300 after that, and for businesses $500 for a first offense and $1,500 after that.
Required landscaping on commercial and industrial sites must be kept neat and orderly, with mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weeding, and plants showing insect pests or disease must be treated. Property managers weighing lawn treatments can check whether the site’s plan falls under the city’s landscape ordinance.
The standard for required landscaping finishes tree plantings with at least a 3-inch layer of mulch such as pine needles or bark, and calls for planting, fertilizing, and insect and disease treatment in line with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Landscape Management Calendar. It sits in Article 11 of the development ordinance, which applies to new and redeveloped sites, not every existing lot.
